We have opportunities for both highly motivated newly qualified and experienced nurses in our Specialist Medicine services.

It is an exciting time to join the division of Salford Health and Social Care who provide a comprehensive range of services are provided locally in Salford, across Greater Manchester and wider still, on a national level. We have vacancies across specialist medicine in the following areas:-
• Gastroenterology
• Respiratory
• Diabetes and Endocrinology
• Cardiology Ward L6
• General Acute Medicine

You will be a valued member of a forward thinking team, driving forward improvements in the way we deliver healthcare to create a positive patient experience. There are close working links with other staff groups including Therapists, Specialist Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Medical teams including strong Consultant support, Social and Community teams.

There will be opportunity to work in either specific areas or to rotate through the different areas within the division.

We have an opportunity for Band 5 staff nurses to join our existing team. If you are passionate about Acute Medicine and want to make a difference then this may be then right role for you.

You will embrace the challenge of working in a highly diverse environment, committed to becoming the safest organisation in the NHS. You will be registered with the NMC and have experience of working in a hospital environment, a newly qualified nurse or a final year student due to qualify in 2018.

If you are a newly qualified nurse we will pay your first year's NMC registration fee as well as paying you at Band 4 until you receive you NMC PIN.
