Join us and be part of something bigger.

We have paved the way for excellence in Integrated Care and in July 2016 took the  pioneering step to form one of the first Integrated Care Organisations.  We now provide adult social care services alongside our established healthcare services, which has given us the chance to develop better, more joined up ways of working that deliver improved outcomes for the local community.

You will join our 6 month rotational scheme including orthopaedics, stroke, acute and rehabilitation neurology, neurosurgery, major trauma, elderly/medical, rheumatology and intermediate care. We have strong, multidisciplinary led teams and you will be supported by Band 6, Band 7 and Band 8a Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.

You should have a broad range of undergraduate clinical experience and be able to demonstrate knowledge of medical, surgical and neurological conditions. Communication skills, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are all essential criteria. You should also have an understanding of professional behaviour and be able to demonstrate your CPD.

Undergraduate experience gained in both a hospital and community NHS setting is desirable.

You must be able to work flexibly including weekend working.

We currently have 2 posts - 1 permanent and 1 temporary for 12 months.

In line with the Trust’s Single Equality Scheme we welcome applications from everyone irrespective of ethnic origin, disability, age, gender, gender identity,
sexual preference, disability, nationality, religion, marital status, social back ground or trade union membership.
