Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a highly skilled, experienced procurement professional to form part of the Trusts well developed and award winning procurement team. The role will encompass work across Salford but also Pennine Acute supporting procurement activities across the Northern Care Alliance.

You will responsible for providing leadership to the Purchase to Pay (P2P) part of the Procurement team, ensuring that an effective and efficient procurement service is provided to all end-users, to make sure that all orders are processed correctly and assist to identify usage trends.  

You are required to have strong leadership qualities, including having tenacity to deliver quality improvement as well as cost reduction schemes across all divisions and corporate entities.

Key focus for the role includes producing high quality data, influencing and educating end users to use systems effectively and supporting the Buying team to manage and maintain electronic cataloguing systems to the highest possible standard.
