Bolton, Salford and Wigan Partnership

You will be responsible for the day to day administrative support to our Programme team which provides programme and project support to enable the transformation of acute hospital services across Bolton, Salford and Wigan.

You will undertake a range of administrative and clerical duties and will be required to work flexibly to ensure the needs of the service are met and may also be expected to attend partner sites (Salford Royal, The Royal Albert Edward Infirmary (Wigan)). The role will include close liaison with project and programme managers to support the smooth running of the programme office.

Duties will include; arranging meetings, typing up minutes and other documents, taking notes, managing diaries, booking appointments, scanning, faxing, photocopying, managing and ordering stationery supplies and general office duties.

PLEASE NOTE: This post is based at the Bolton Royal Hospital site.
