An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Practitioner to work within the Community Tissue Viability Service. You will be an integral member of a Tissue Viability Service. Your main role is to work within a community based lymphoedema team assisting registered professionals in the implementation, delivery and evaluation of therapeutic treatments, education programmes promoting independence, improve health and wellbeing, and encourage improved health, functional capabilities and quality of life

You should be able to work independently following treatment plans as directed by a registered practitioner as well as part of a team and have excellent communication skills as well as the physical skills, effort and manual dexterity required to carry out all aspects of Lymphoedema care. You must be innovative, forward thinking, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   You will have excellent standards of patient care and documentation.

This service seeks a positive team player with excellent abilities to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
