Are you interested in becoming a Community Midwife or are you already working in this area? We are looking for qualified Midwives Band 6 who are motivated and interested in working in the community setting who will provide holisti care to women and their families at North Manchester General Hospital and Fairfield General Hospital.

You will be a registered midwife and hold a diploma in midwifery. Experience of community is preferred but not essential but full orientation will be provided.

You will be required to work a flexible rota which will include on calls to support Home Births and the Midwife Led Birth Centre and occasional rostered shifts as part of the team on the Birth Centre at North Manchester General Hospital which includes normal shift patterns.

The community team at Pennine care for over 10,000 women per annum.

We are interested in midwives who are motivated and practice evidence based care.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
