An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2 year fixed term, Service Desk Operative role to work within the IM&T Service Desk providing first line IT support to the Pennine Acute Trust.

The role will be responsible for all incident and request logging, triage and prioritisation of incidents, resolution of issues if possible and directing those that can’t be resolved at first contact to the correct team within IM&T.

You will be responsible for the day to day operational support and essential skills include excellent customer relation skills and communication skills and a general understanding of desktop computers, printers, applications and systems.
