A development opportunity has arisen for a part-time In-Patient Site Lead. Applications are invited from highly experienced Physiotherapists interested in leading a team of in–patient Physiotherapists. You must have extensive experience and evidence of skills and training required for a band 8a leadership role. You will be qualified to Masters level or able to demonstrate equivalent experience and/or qualification.

 

You will gain experience of working in a busy and changing environment where there is a pro active approach to CPD, evidence based practice and service development. This is an ideal opportunity for an existing 8a lead or an experienced band 7 looking to progress their managerial career. The role involves the management and leadership of a large in-patient team in conjunction with an existing part-time site lead.

 

You will receive peer support from other site leads within the Trust and you will be expected to provide supervision to more junior staff.

 

The service is working towards a 7 day model and as such you will be expected to be flexible in terms of working patterns including weekends, bank holidays and extra hours if necessary.
